How long does delivery take?

For standard shipping within Lagos you will receive your order within 2-3 business days.

For outside Lagos you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.

3 – 10 days for International Deliveries

Are your styles customizable?

No ,we don’t do custom styles but we provide basic alterations of the clothes for a very small fee.

We can do a nip here and a tuck there to cinch a waist or bust, or make your dress or trousers more suited to your height or petite gorgeousness.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes we offer expedited shipping at shipping rates that are a little bit more to get your order to you as fast as you need it.

What payment methods are acceptable?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Transfers, USSD, and PayPal.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, miminal shipping charges apply. It is part of our customers promise to continue to seek value based reliable shipping partners to service our customers.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing and fit may vary based on personal preferences, style and cut between different Xtamaliy styles and the 3rd party brands we offer you for maximum variety of offering.

What is your refund, return and exchange policy?

Refunds & Exchanges – Item you are unsatisfied with maybe return to us and we will offer you store credit. Returns for store credit must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging. If item does not meet this criteria, we will unfortunately have to send it back.

Items purchased on the website maybe refunded or exchange within 2 days of receipt
